This office, designed for an innovative construction company specializing in breakthrough building technologies, is housed in a former industrial space. The impressive height of the original building allowed us to construct a second floor, effectively doubling the usable area. At the core of this layout is a grand amphitheater that also serves as a staircase, creating a dynamic connection between the first and second floors.

The amphitheater is a multifunctional hub, addressing several essential needs for both business and space. It functions as: a staircase linking two floors, a gathering space for the entire 120-person team, ideal for announcements and lectures, a setting for group video calls with international branches, equipped with a retractable screen, a team cinema for film screenings, an informal workspace with relaxed seating, a built-in wardrobe for practical storage.
