The "Castle" project is a project of a castle in a modern interpretation. This is a finished townhouse project in which we have developed a space for a family of 4, for guests and serving staff.
The starting point for creating the concept was a deep understanding of the customer's family's philosophy of life: their hobbies, preferences, and lifestyle dreams. We have developed such a structure of the house that would solve all the problems of the customer associated with everyday life and would become an excellent platform for a beautiful and intelligent life. Thus, the family's love for classical English literature and Italian architecture was embodied in the architectural elements in the house: a coffered ceiling, a vaulted last floor with access to the roof, and an arched staircase railing. Every detail is selected with this concept in mind

There are two primary colours in the house: burgundy wine and milky white. On the floor, there is a wooden parquet with an individual layout in the colour "noble walnut"
Functionally, the house is divided vertically: 1st floor is a common area for family and guests with access to the backyard, 2nd floor is a complete children's area with a separate children's bathroom, 3rd floor is the world of parents with a spa and sports area, 4th floor is a roof with a jacuzzi , bar and sun loungers for parties and children and adults. The house uses ducted air conditioning in the ceiling space, complex engineering networks for water are created for the "flying" sink in the parent bathroom, the control taps of all systems are hidden in their access boxes

All the furniture in the house is designed according to individual drawings, to accommodate everything you want and every person in the house was comfortable and cosy
